Should this contribution be approved?
Three things:
1. I know there is already a version, but since I don't know how to upload the rest of the pictures, I made this extra
2. the (Full) is only there because I could not upload it with the original name
3. the webcomic tag cannot be selected under Category

Well first of all I'd have to reject this because the file seems to be broken, whatever you did with the zip, our backend doesn't seem to understand what's going on in there.
We do not allow twitter as a source because we can;t really do a lot with is as mods, we use them partly to double check the tags, and partly to have a direct link to the specific page that has the option to redownload it if the file gets corrupted post-approval. I'd recommend re-uploading with the sadpanda (E-hentai/Exhentai) link as source, those pages also provide a reliable way to get zips that that do function properly, either through torrents or downloading tool we have in our uploading rules/guide. tagging is also a lot easier as you only need to finetune/correct some minor issues where the tag importer tries to autocorrect tag into different ones or we use other tag names/definitions than sadpanda (just as much proofreading, less typing compared to manually tagging)

As for the other issues mentioned, we encourage people to upload complete/improved versions of incomplete or very poor resolution galleries as we'll just delete the inferior version under our no-dupes policy (though for quality improvements I do put the bar a bit higher as the replacement resets the ratings and removes it from everyones favorites, confusing people that want to re-read it after a while if they just so happen to miss the re-upload). Just mention it in the notes or comments like you did so we know the context and don't mistake it for a dupe. You can also edit the gallery name while the gallery is on pending, the block on duplicate names only affects the initial upload.
