Looks like it will work. They are still animated in the preview. But for more details you would have to ask Puru.
And it's a comic. Everything that uses Pannel is a comic.
You should rename the artist to [Romulo Mancin] so that the import from E/Ex works better.
And delete him as a scanlator. This really only refers to groups and people who translate works.

Since Puru has upvoted it, I think it's okay if it contains animated images.
I would rename it, by the way. That's the name of the normal version, apart from the brackets.
