hello i am looking for the sauce of a hentai. last i remember it was a multi work compilation and the first story is about a young immortal girl being kept in a hidden garden where she is found by a young boy. the grandfather of that boy then have sex with her to become young again. at that moment there is a scene between the girl and the young boy who is now at middle age and the there is a rape scene where the grandfather try to get even younger thinking that he might become immortal if he kill her but the it back fire and he die horribly. in the end the young boy is now old and the girl is wandering the world freely.

It's part of a magazine book. Towako San if I am not mistaken. I remember it's definitely one of the Towako series of tankoubon
