Hentai would be Eurphoria or something based off a game with scat, snuff, torture and killing. It was the first time I saw anything extremely fucked up. One scene has a girl chained barely above water and as the MC banged her it would push her underwater and slowly drown her. Manga would be some loli thing where two girls had strap on sex but one killed the other one and was cutting off parts of her body while having sex and then one page of her putting the strap on into her throat hole thingy after removing her head. I still get queasy thinking about it
