I remember that there were just two siblings. The dude accidentally sees his elder sister in the bathroom, then she hits him in the head, getting him unconscious. He wakes up in the hospital with an unknown girl at his side, turns out that the girl is his younger sister and the elder sister is no longer there. The parents and his younger sister think that the hit that sent him to the hospital gave him amnesia.
