So I've been trying to find this Hentai Chapter that I read a long time ago. I believe it's an incest/inseki story involving a sister/cousin, and fat older brother/cousin with glasses. So that story starts out with the MC living in his apartment in the city. Then either his sister/cousin knocks on his door and he is surprised. Somewhere in the story, we learn that he had sex with his sister/cousin and was kicked out. Which is why he is living on his own, and why he is shocked his sister/cousin is there. After letting his sister/cousin into the house, I think it shows a timelapse of her time visiting, and them eating meals together (not too sure about this part tho) Then the comic has him go to the bathroom to wash off. Then I believe the sister/cousin enters the bathroom, and tells him that she was sad that he left, and that she never hated him or what he did. The end of the chapter has them running away together, and they're on a boat.
