Convoluted af, but the main character watches this camgirl who happens to be his downstairs neighbor, and wants to marry her in order to let her live without having to be on cam. Then drops engagement ring off the balcony and has to get it from her place where it fell to. Don't know if still on this site but damn it was a small schmultzy one-off and I loved it.
