Looking for one from a while ago.
It was about a shrine maiden being gang banged by a bunch of ugly guys. She was taught that it was her job and would be drugged by drinking something. A guy see her and they fall in love. She runs away with him and the workers of the shrine chase them. The guy almost dies but the shrine girl kills the workers with rocks using her powers. They both live in the end.

The guy found about about her job when he caught her getting banged and left before he got caught. The shrine maiden didn't understand what love was before she met the main guy. I think the main guy gets shot before they can run away and that is how he almost dies. I think the ending skipped to them living together after a couple of years, idk. It was translated to English and the art style seemed like it was made recently but idk I never saw the date. I remember that the cover art was colorful. The one you recommended is pretty close to it, though
