is it possible to do a search by putting two or more tags? Doing both a search including some tags and excluding others?

Of course, it is possible, you can use the advance search

or do the other way by adding a +/- on the very first word of the search. for example.

> +rape -yaoi

if the tag has a space on it, all you need to do is to quote the word.

> +"Big Breasts" -yaoi +rape
