A brother revenges for his sister who was raped by her classmates. The classmates basically tricked her into meeting at a classroom where they raped her and it traumatized her so she basically lost her mind and acts like a kid.

The brother and friend goes on to revenge against those classmates. I just remember they basically drugged one of the classmates and she hallucinates that her arms and legs are chopped off while she gets raped.
The bro's friend one part was caught by someone and was being choked while the sister is made to have sex with him until the brother rescues them.
I felt like I read it here many years ago but don't remember the name
