the story goes that a guy confesses to the student council president but he is rejected due to the fact that she thinks its inappropriate. he is later on the roof of the school when he sees the president is kissing a boy. when he finds out he stumbles and falls later waking up in the hospital. there the student council president begs him not to tell. so he blackmail her into having sex with her. I don't remember much else about it but I think the president had a ponytail, glasses and big boobs but I could be wrong.
