Well you're linking Hitomi.la which means it might very well be a resize, and linking the Korean version at that which means it would be a translation of a translation which is like playing the telephone game without actually being told how much information was lost in communication afterwards.
As far as legality is concerned, pretty much everything both there and here is pirated, so its dubious legality at best. but in the Doujinshi category so legal action is very unlikely. Artist also isn't taking the effort to explicitly tell people not to redistribute his works so they probably don't have a strong hate towards foreign translations, likely doesn't really know or care strongly.
You will not have any legal issues directly, in the small chance that they arise, we'll get a cease and desist email and take down the translation without uploaders or scanlators being bothered about it unless they're seeking out the stuff that gives those issues on purpose (FAKKU is the only one that takes legal action that knows about Pururin, hence their licensed translations being banned)
