While it does apply to some degree as some of the leads are not "Faithful" perse to their partners . I think just the "Cheating" tag is more accurate as no one was forcefully taken or mind breaked. And no relationship was utterly destroyed, as it´s ususal in NTR; even more as every story got a happy ending one way or another.
